I, the undersigned, request to enroll in the annual training course in Elemental Aromatherapy (Italian Language).

Payment terms

The value of the course is €2,000.00 + VAT payable as follows:

- 1st instalment, equal to €500.00 + VAT by 09.30.2024

-2nd instalment, equal to €500.00 + VAT by 12.31.2024

- 3rd installment equal to €500.00 + VAT by 03.31.2025

- 4th installment equal to €500.00 + VAT by 06.30.2025

Cancellation methods

The first installment is non-refundable. The participant can withdraw within the first date of the course by means of written communication to info@lucafortuna.it but cannot request a refund of the amount already paid. If the participant expresses an intention not to proceed with the course by November 30, 2024, he can suspend the payment of the second instalment. In case of withdrawal from the course after November 30, 2024, the participant undertakes to pay the entire course fee.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and/or execution of this Contract, the Court of Turin will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Privacy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 the information provided will be processed for the purposes of administrative management of the courses (accounting, logistics, list creation). The information can be used to create an archive for the purpose of informing (via e-mail or post) about Luca Fortuna's future training initiatives. It is possible to access the information in our possession and exercise the rights referred to in paragraph 7 of the law (updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation or blocking of data, etc.) by sending a written request to the data controller at the address: info@lucafortuna.it
